Safe At Site has now published two third-party verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for ProGuard® CB and ProGuard® City.
The declarations provide a transparent and verified overview of each product’s environmental impact throughout its entire life cycle – from raw material extraction to waste management.
The results show that both products are industry leaders in sustainability performance, demonstrating a low climate impact in relation to their function and long service life.
“Reporting our products’ climate impact is an important step towards greater sustainability across the entire value chain. It’s not just about measuring – it’s about understanding where we can improve,” says Anders Vikmyr, Marketing Manager at Safe At Site.
The analyses were developed as part of a KTP project in collaboration with Mid Sweden University and IUC Jämtland Härjedalen. The EPDs are valid for five years and can be used in procurement, product development and sustainability reporting, including CSRD compliance.
By combining safety, innovation and sustainability, Safe At Site takes another step towards its goal – making it possible for everyone on construction and roadwork sites to get home safely, every day.
