Customer benefits

A training platform for the entire construction industry

Here are some of the key benefits Twinsite’s training programmes bring to your business:

Reduced production downtime

Having to shut down production for half a day — or even a full day — is often the reason training never happens. In many cases, the cost of having a worker away from site for just two hours exceeds the cost of the entire training programme itself.

With Twinsite’s training solutions, you avoid paying for lost productivity. Instead, you pay for what actually creates value: the training itself. The employee steps into a training unit on site, completes the course, and can then return directly to work.

That’s why we often say that Twinsite delivers training that actually gets done.

Twinsite VR training can be delivered:

  • Almost anywhere.
  • Instructor-led or as self-paced learning.
  • In a fraction of the time.
  • With longer-lasting retention.
Every role has different needs to address. Twinsite’s training solutions provide the following benefits for you and your role:

Site Manager

  • Minimal production downtime with on-site training.
  • I can ensure that training is completed while keeping the project moving forward.
  • I quickly gain access to the training I need through remote deployment of training modules.
  • Twinsite’s training programmes deliver the same high standard every time.

HSE Manager

  • Twinsite achieves a very high NPS and helps create lasting improvements in safety behaviour.
  • Employees become better at protecting themselves after completing the training.
  • Participants learn both theory and practical application in a highly accessible and engaging way.
  • The immersive nature of VR training helps employees retain knowledge for longer than with any other training method.

HR / Training Manager

  • Twinsite delivers the same consistently high quality every time.
  • More training for your investment. Training can be democratised.
  • Everyone receives exactly the same experience within the learning environment, and the assessment measures actual skills and competence regardless of who the participant is.
  • The training experience engages multiple senses, making it adaptable to each individual participant — regardless of how they learn best.

The Employee

  • Training that engages multiple senses enables everyone to absorb knowledge effectively, regardless of their preferred learning style.
  • Being trained directly on site is convenient and minimises travel time, unnecessary interruptions and time away from work.
  • Individual learning allows each participant to progress at their own pace and repeat exercises whenever needed.

How does it work?

Our experience-based courses are delivered in VR headsets at your own premises—e.g., a site cabin on a construction compound, your offices or your training rooms—adapted to your needs in each case.

Training is delivered by one of our instructors to groups of up to 8 participants per session.

Each session is 60–120 minutes depending on the course and participants’ changeover time.

We can run up to 4 groups of 8 per half-day. Larger volumes on request

All necessary equipment is brought to each session in a transport case, together with a 4G router for independent Internet connectivity.

ID06 registration of completed training is included.

Training philosophy

Accelerated learning

Accelerated learning for the construction industry. But what does that actually mean? What does it involve?

A course that is delivered quickly is not necessarily effective — and a course that takes a long time is not necessarily high quality.

We have done everything possible to create training programmes that deliver both deep learning and time efficiency. That is how our customers prefer to be trained — and it is how we can reach more people and create a greater impact.
It has always been clear to us that training which creates long-term knowledge retention, changes unsafe behaviours and communicates risks in a pedagogical and effective way is something that can genuinely change a worker’s life and quality of life.

Training should be accessible to everyone, and with our platform, training can truly be democratised.
