Integrated toe board solves a recurring on-site challenge”problem
By using the StaySafe panel, the toe board becomes an integrated part of the system. This eliminates one of the most common shortcomings in projects such as industrial and steel hall construction. The system ensures that edge protection is complete from the outset.
Designed to adapt to real-world conditions — not the other way around
The guardrail can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally after installation. This makes it possible to continuously minimise gaps between the guardrail and the building structure as the project progresses through different stages, such as TRP installation, insulation and related works.

Part of an integrated system
The fixing system has been developed to work efficiently with steel, timber and concrete structures. The threaded rods are installed between wall elements and removed during dismantling. What remains is a discreetly positioned nut embedded within the column, concealed by the subsequent construction layers. A solution that works both practically and aesthetically.
The intelligence of the system is perhaps most evident in the post itself. It can be installed with large centre-to-centre distances without compromising safety, adjusted both inwards and outwards as well as vertically, and fully adapted to the specific requirements of each project. At the same time, it remains fully compatible with the StaySafe panel system.

The posts are attached to welded long nuts integrated into the building’s structural frame. This provides excellent strength as well as a high degree of adjustability.
What centre-to-centre spacing is permitted for installation?
The maximum centre-to-centre spacing permitted for the StaySafe Hall system is 7,500 mm (7.5 metres). This allows large spans between fixing points while maintaining compliance with EN 13374 and the system’s required safety performance.
