Fast, smart and safe installation
Much of the system’s intelligence sits in the post. As soon as the post is placed in a bracket it is passively locked; within seconds the entire system can be actively locked into a rigid installation..
The post can be locked in both round and square brackets.
Rigid installation
The guardrail holder is easily adjusted using a tensioning screw to create a rigid installation. Infinitely adjustable between 13 and 64 mm.
Simple height adjustment
The same socket size allows the post height to be adapted for a wide variety of tasks.
Active and passive locking
With the built-in AUTOLOCK function the post becomes passively locked as soon as it is placed in a bracket. Tightening the third locking screw actively locks the system.

Is the post adjustable?
Yes. The post can be adjusted vertically and can be used to create a rigid connection between the edge protection panels.

Can the post be repaired if it is damaged?
Yes. We offer spare parts for the posts. Please refer to the installation instructions for the relevant spare part article numbers.
Contact us before carrying out any form of heat treatment on the post, as this may adversely affect its structural strength and performance.
Does the post comply with the requirements of EN 13374?
Yes. The post complies with the requirements of all classes (A, B and C) within EN 13374.
Please refer to the StaySafe bracket installation instructions for the specific installation requirements applicable to each class, as these vary depending on the bracket type being used.
How is the post packaged for transport?
We offer transport racks for posts and other StaySafe components. The post is also compact enough to fit within a standard Euro pallet with pallet collar.
