Safe at Site AB sells only to corporate customers.

- Suppliers in connection with warranty claims
- Safe at Site AB’s invoicing service
If an incident occurs where personal data is disclosed in an unintended manner, this must be reported to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

4. HOW IS PERSONAL DATA PROTECTED?
Safe at Site AB has agreements with Zedcom AB ensuring that personal data is handled confidentially.
Dropbox, Google Drive and mailing services have their own agreements securing that servers storing data are located within the EU.
Safe at Site AB also operates its own server for email distribution.
5. CUSTOMER RIGHTS
5.1 Access to personal data
Customers have the right to confirmation of whether Safe at Site AB processes their personal data, and to receive an extract of the data held.
5.2 Rectification
Customers may request correction of inaccurate information.
5.3 Erasure
Customers may request deletion of some or all of their personal data from Safe at Site AB’s systems.
Safe at Site AB clears its registers of personal data no longer needed during routine reviews, e.g., data relating to individuals who are no longer customers.
5.4 Queries regarding data retention
For existing customer data requiring consent, Safe at Site AB will either remove the data or obtain consent from the customer.
5.5 Administrative fines
If Safe at Site AB stores or discloses personal data improperly, the company may be required by the supervisory authority to pay an administrative fine.
